Residential Conference Venue: Ford Castle

The castle is an ideal location for both day or residential conferences. With a choice conference and break away rooms available, organisers have flexibility in planning their event. With stunning views of the bearby Cheviot Hills the castle's 5 acres of immaculatley maintained grounds offer delegates a relaxing and peaceful environment with no distractions.

Conference/Training Rooms:

• Long Gallery - Maximum capacity 120 (theatre style)
• East Lounge with Rotunda - Maximum capacity 60 (theatre style)

Rooms include Power Point, projector, OHP, screen and flip charts, choice of theatre, classroom or boardroom layout. Iced or bottled water is provided for delegates. Photocopier, telephone, fax and e-mail facilities are also available, please check with our office for current rates.

• Coffee on arrival
• Morning coffee with home baking
• Buffet lunch with fruit juice,
• Or working lunch
• Afternoon tea and home baking

Tea and coffee is served in the Rotunda area for East Lounge delegates, or North Lounge for Long Gallery delegates. Buffet lunch is served downstairs in the castle’s dining room. Working lunches are served in the respective conference rooms.

To recharge their batteries delegates are welcome to explore the castle's extensive grounds and gardens. A croquet lawn, tennis court, football pitch and outdoor games equipment are available if required. There is ample car parking on site.

Daily delegate rate is £25 per person plus VAT. Please note minimum delegate numbers of 16. Should numbers fall below 16 our minimum charge of £400 plus VAT will be levied. Smoking is not permitted inside the castle.
